Anita and Bill Dorich have lived and worked in Westwood for more than 30 years. His career includes ten years as regional sales manager for two major west coast printing companies—at one point in Bill’s printing career his main Los Angeles client was Architectural Digest. This was followed by ten successful years in local real estate sales with the Jon Douglas company where he specialized in Beverly Hills homes, West Los Angeles real estate and Westwood property prior to beginning Dorich Realtors with his wife Anita in 2004. They concentrate on residential Westwood real estate and Westwood Condos for sale on the luxurious Wilshire corridor.
In 2008, Bill co-wrote Defeat Foreclosure with Merle Horwitz, a Los Angeles trial lawyer—a book that emphasizes solutions for homeowners facing foreclosure, short sale and loan modification.
Anita has a background in the community as a former counselor for the motion picture industry, utilizing her BSW from San Francisco State University, and her graduate studies at USC. She is fluent in three languages. This has given her vast experience in understanding and solving the needs of a diverse clientele in, most predominantly, a caring manner. For many years, Anita and Bill have successfully administered their own company in Westwood, paralleling Bill’s strong involvement in Westwood real estate and Beverly Hills luxury homes. Their long-standing residence and business ownership in the community has made them extremely knowledgeable about varying local regulations, resources, improvements and activities regarding West Los Angeles real estate. For years, Anita was on the committee of the Westwood Chamber of Commerce that accomplished the removal of billboards in Westwood Village, receiving a commendation from the late Mayor Bradley for her effort.
Bill’s experience in graphic design and the printing industry is a great benefit to sellers as is evident in Dorich Realtors’ marketing materials, including their quarterly newsletter which is well-known to many Westside residents and Westwood Realtors.
